The Inonhans are found in southern Tablas Island of the Romblon archipelago in the MIMAROPA Region, particularly in the municipalities of Santa Fe, Looc, Alcantara, Santa Maria, and San Andres. There are around 85,000 Inohans, and they speak a Visayan language. It is one of the three distinct languages spoken by the natives of Romblon.
