Panagbenga - Baguio Flower Festival

Baguio City, Benguet
Whole month of February

In the limelight of the Panagbenga are the flowers from the Cordillera region. The festival includes garden shows, exhibits, and contests. Panagbenga is a Kankanaey term for “a season of blooming.” The chief attraction is a two-day parade of floats that are decorated with a wide variety of flowers.
